Limited Warranty
GREPOW, INC. offers top-of-the-line premium batteries in both Nickel and Lithium chemistry for the radio control market. The strong held belief in our products allows us to extend a 1-Year Limited Warranty to the customer.
Warranty Period
GREPOW, INC. issues a warranty that covers Gens ace & Tattu rechargeable products (batteries/accessories). We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in both material(s) and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date.
Warranty Coverage
Our 1-Year plan requires proof of purchase (copy of the receipt), and we reserve the right to deny any eplacement(s) to any abuser(s) of our plan.
This warranty covers any manufacturer defect(s) in material(s) or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of one year.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, physical damage (water damage), battery failure due to over-charge or discharge, or any damage resulting from improper use or any modification of any kind (including opening of a sealed battery pack). This warranty also does not cover damage due to any improper installation, operation, maintenance, or attempted repair.
For international customers: Duties and any extra fees at customs will not be covered by the manufacturer.
Warranty Responsibilities
GREPOW, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CHANGE THIS WARRANTY WITHOUT NOTICE AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
(a) GREPOW, INC. issues this 1-Year Limited Warranty coverage to the original Purchaser and is non-transferable. Replacements provided under this warranty is the sole remedy for the Purchaser. The 1-Year Limited Warranty covers only those products in which have been purchased either directly from GREPOW, INC. or an authorized dealer. All third party transactions are not covered by this warranty. Proof of purchase is required
for all claims.
(b) Claim Limitations - Any usage of GREPOW, INC. batteries/accessories deemed other than for their original intended use by GREPOW, INC. will result in the immediate loss of the 1-Year Limited Warranty coverage. Items deemed not for proper use includes but is not limited to the following: replacement of original parts, altering external/internal components, mistreatment, and non-radio control, hobby-related applications.
(c) The Purchaser acknowledges that they alone have determined that the product will suitably meet the requirements of the purchaser’s intended use.
(d) Replacement(s) - Any replaced products are covered under a 30-Day Warranty Period from the date when the replaced products have been received by the Purchaser.
GREPOW, INC. Liability
GREPOW, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE PRODUCT WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, ARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY.
Furthermore, in no event shall the liability of GREPOW, INC. exceed the individual price of the Product on which liability is asserted. As GREPOW, INC. has no control over use, setup, final assembly, modification or misuse, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any resulting damage or injury. The user acknowledges and accepts all resulting liability from the act of using, setting up or assembling.
If you as the Purchaser or user are not prepared to accept the liability associated with the use of this Product, you are advised to return this Product immediately in new and unused condition to the place of purchase.
How to file a warranty claim
You will need your original proof of purchase. Contact the authorized dealer or distributor that you purchased the Gens ace and Tattu product from. If you purchased your product directly from genstattu.com, submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through your account or contact the USA office at (925) 364-7166.
Dealers, contact your Rep and send a clear picture of the following:
The product label that contains an overview of the battery
The Zlabel barcode (Starts with Z, followed by 15 numbers)
A reading of the voltages while the battery is connected to a cell checker / charger.

YOU MUST CONTACT GREPOW, INC. OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR ANY BATTERY WARRANTY CLAIM. NEVER SHIP LITHIUM BATTERIES TO GREPOW, INC. WITHOUT BEING TOLD TO DO SO.
