Shipping Information

All items are shipped from our California, USA warehouse. Once payment is made and orders are processed, it can 1-3 business days to ship out. Orders ship out via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, and delivery times are entirely up to the discretion of the courier.
 
Expedited shipping options are available at Check Out.  Gens Ace & Tattu does not guarantee delivery times, and it is up to the discretion of the courier. 

Please note: you will need to pay additional hazmat fees in the following cases:
$72 Hazmat fee is included in all air shipments to Canada
$46.5 Hazmat fee is included in all air shipments in USA
$46.5 Dangerous fee is included for all domestic shipment with batteries over 300 Wh
Duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges for any international shipping, please check with your local customs office.

At the moment the genstattu.com online store is only shipping to USA and Canada.if you want to ship to EU, pls check our Gensace.de , which own Germany warehouse support ship to EU.

The www.genstattu.com online store currently ships to the contiguous USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada. ** Note: Orders shipped to HI, AK, or PR must be shipped by air, so additional air shipping costs are required (costs vary, prices provided at Check Out).

*Order to Canada are shipped using Duty Unpaid Services. Customers must handle their own brokerage and import fees. We are not liable for any delays or damage that may be incurred during customs and transit.

 A Note Concerning International Shipping

Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office before making a purchase from www.genstattu.com. Your local authorities will add these charges (Gens Ace & Tattu does not assess these charges) and expect payment upon delivery. We will not falsify the declared value of an item or mark a package as a gift to reduce import fees as this practice is illegal.

Refused Orders Due to Non-Payment of Duties and Taxes

If your order is returned to us as a result of failing to pay duties and taxes assessed by your country, your original purchase price or any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.
